Reservations:
Reservations at The Happy Uncles are made through our online booking system (Dineplan), requiring a deposit to confirm.
Deposit:
A deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation. Failure to pay will cancel the provisional booking.
Cancellation:
24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your booking, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
Late Cancellation or No Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, 30% of your deposit will be retained.

Dietary Requirements
We accommodate all dietary requirements. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your booking or add a note when making your reservation through Dineplan.
Child Policy
Children under the age of 12 are welcome during lunch services. For dinner services, we kindly request that all guests be 12 years or older.
Gratuity
A 12% gratuity will be added to your bill and shared among our entire team in appreciation of their service.

We are proud to be South Africa's first Halaal fine dining restaurant. No alcohol is served, sold, or used in our cooking on the premises.
